Addison Maruszak: 0-for-4 - First game since 7/12.
Caleb Cotham (W, 4-5): 7 IP, 8 H, 2 R, 2 ER, 0 BB, 1 K, 2 HR (5.90 ERA; 71.2 IP, 86 H, 51 R, 47 ER, 26 BB, 48 K, 9 HR) - Second straight strong start.
Dellin Betances: 2 IP, 1 H, 0 R, 1 BB, 3 K (2.97 ERA; 72.2 IP, 47 H, 24 R, 24 ER, 2 HR, 37 BB, 88 K) - He has been so dominant in relief that he has lowered his season ERA below 3.00. He had a 6.00 ERA in six starts.

Ramon Flores: 2-for-4, HR (5), 5 RBI, RS, BB - 8-game hitting streak (13-for-31). Is something starting to click a bit?
Slade Heathcott: 1-for-3, 2 BB - Also on a 8-game hitting streak. (9-for-29)
Gary Sanchez: 1-for-4, RS, BB - 3-for-9 since promotion.
Jose Pirela: 1-for-5, HR (8), RBI, RS
Kyle Roller: 0-for-4, RS, BB
Jeremy Bleich: 4 IP, 5 H, 3 R, 3 ER, 3 BB, 5 K
Zach Nuding: 1 IP, 3 H, 1 R, 1 ER, 0 BB, 0 K - Third consecutive 1-inning relief stint after spending season in rotation. Has a 4.20 ERA with 82/47 K/BB ratio in 113.2 innings for Trenton.

Tampa (Lost to Brevard County, 4-2, in 11 innings)
Pete O'Brien: 3-for-4, 3B (2), 2 RBI, BB - Has 32 doubles, 3 triples, 19 HR, and 78 RBI in 357 AB between Charleston/Tampa. Has played third every night since Sanchez promotion, so it appears they are really committed to it.
Ben Gamel: 1-for-5, 2B (27), BB, 2 SB (20) - Hitting .277 with 20 steals in 24 attempts, which is a big improvement over last year's percentage (19-for-29)
Mason Williams: 1-for-6, RS - 7-for-44 slide. 3-for-23 in August.
Robert Refsnyder: 1-for-6, 2B (23), RS, 4 K - .267/.389/.393 in 333 AB for Tampa with 60 walks and 59 strikeouts. Overall, he is hitting .282/.397/.406. Even with a few deep slumps mixed in, his season has been generally solid.
Taylor Dugas: 1-for-4, SAC
Pat Venditte: 1 IP, 0 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 0 K - Figured I would feature him at least once this season.
Dietrich Enns: 4.1 IP, 2 H, 1 R, 1 ER, 3 BB, 5 K - After some recent disasters, this outing was much needed. Still owns a 112/35 K/BB ratio over 82.2 innings.
Branden Pinder: 4 IP, 3 H, 1 R, 1 ER, 0 BB, 2 K - 1.91 ERA for Tampa. Was crushed in Trenton.
Manny Barreda: 2.1 IP, 3 H, 2 R, 2 ER, 0 BB, 3 K, 1 HR (3.91 ERA; 48.1 IP, 44 H, 26 R, 21 ER, 6 HR, 16 BB, 55 K)

Greg Bird: 2-for-3, HR (17), 2 RBI, 2 RS, BB - Hitting .284 with 27 doubles, 3 triples, 17 home runs, 70 RBI, and 66 runs. Has 83 walks and 110 strikeouts in 380 AB.
Cito Culver: 3-for-5, 2 RBI - Hit safely in 5 of his last 6 games. .234 overall.
Jake Cave: 0-for-2, 2 BB, HBP, RS, CS (7) - Snaps 10 game hitting streak, but still got on base three times.

Ty Afenir: 2-for-4, RS
Dan Camarena: 4.2 IP, 8 H, 7 R, 4 ER, 0 BB, 4 K - Has alternated good and bad starts in his last six starts.
Ty Webb (W, 2-1): 2.1 IP, 1 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 3 K - 4.42 ERA in 18.1 innings for Charleston with a 22/3 K/BB ratio.
