IF Corban Joseph: 1-for-4, RBI, 2 K, CS (1)
Played first base and batted 9th today. He has fallen off of a cliff.

SS Dean Anna: 1-for-5, RBI, 2 K
RHP Shane Greene: 3.1 IP, 6 H, 3 R, 3 ER, 0 BB, 3 K
Not going to sugarcoat a poor outing too much, but his lack of work this season needs to be considered.
RHP Chase Whitley (L, 2-2): 4 IP, 4 H, 3 R, 3 ER, 1 BB, 4 K
3.38 ERA in 18.2 IP with 17 hits allowed, seven walks and 21 strikeouts. Has yet to allow HR.

The next Ted Williams is up to .407 (22-for-54) with 12 XBH.
CF Mason Williams: 1-for-4, BB, CS (1)
Perhaps it is just wishful thinking on my part that there is bust out potential here - looks more like bust potential right now.

Now has 15 walks (only 8 Ks) in 17 games.
OF Taylor Dugas: 1-for-2, RBI, 2 BB, K
.286/.375/.460 in 19 games. .460 SLG? Dugas is supposed to be the type of player that would struggle to reach a .460 SLG if you added 2 seasons together.
IF Ali Castillo: 1-for-4, RBI, K
LHP Manny Banuelos: 3 IP, 2 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 4 K
As he moves his way up the ladder....Yankees likely just couldn't wait anymore for the northeast to warm up.
RHP Joel De La Cruz (W, 3-2): 4.2 IP, 5 H, 2 R, 2 ER, 3 BB, 0 K, HR
The key for him is the ground ball; 2.54 GO/AO in 2012; 2.48 in 2013; 2.47 entering this game in 2014.
Switch Pat Venditte: 0.1 IP, 0 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 0 K

Tampa (Lost to Dunedin, 4-1)
3B Dante Bichette: 2-for-4
Been slumping a tad lately, but still hitting .313. Of course, whenever he goes into any kind of slump, "Here we go again" will instantly pop in your mind - and it should, given his history.
3B Eric Jagielo: 0-for-3, BB, K
.239, though he does have nine walks in last 10 games.
C/RF Pete O'Brien: 1-for-4, 3B (1), RS, K
For O'Brien, hitting a triple requires some sort of event in the outfield.

2B Angelo Gumbs: 0-for-4
.280/.295/.333 in 93 AB
RHP Eric Ruth (L, 2-1): 5 IP, 5 H, 3 R, 3 ER, 1 BB, 6 K
3.54 ERA in 21.1 IP with 16 hits allowed, five walks, and 20 strikeouts. First professional start after 23 relief appearances - I assume he only started because Banuelos was pushed up to Double-A.

1.20 ERA in 15 IP with nine hits allowed, seven walks, and 13 strikeouts.
