When I complain about your continuous 1-hit games, dude, I don't mean I want you to start going hitless instead!

C/1B Jackson Valera:  1-for-4, 2 RBI
Whenever I type that name (rare), I am reminded of Jackson Melian, a former bonus baby prospect in the Yankees' chain who was named after Reggie Jackson.  Melian made the "Top 100 Prospects" list several times, yet never really came all that close to sniffing the major leagues.

LHP Jeff Kamplain:  4 IP, 6 H, 3 R, 3 ER, 0 BB, 5 K
RHP Giovanny Gallegos (L, 5-5):  3.2 IP, 8 H, 4 R, 3 ER, 0 BB, 3 K, HR

1B Connor Spencer:  1-for-3, K

LHP Jordan Montgomery:  1.2 IP, 2 H, 2 R, 1 ER, 1 BB, 2 K
Statistically at least, his 2014 is meaningless; the Yankees are just giving him a little bit of work, but not stretching him out.  We'll see what kind of pitcher they have with him in 2015.
RHP Matt Wotherspoon: 2.2 IP, 3 H, 1 R, 1 ER, 2 BB, 2 K
