UTIL Yangveris Solarte:  4-for-7, 2B (3), 3 RBI
A modest 12-for-20 since demotion.
C Austin Romine:  3-for-6, 2 RS, K
.234/.297/.375 in 184 AB
C John Ryan Murphy:  0-for-3, K
Down to .198 in 81 AB
1B Kyle Roller:  0-for-4, 2 K
IF Corban Joseph:  3-for-6, 2B (6), RS
.247/.301/.347 in 170 AB

.309/.387/.400 in 19 games at this level
CF Antoan Richardson:  3-for-6, 2B (5), 3 RBI, RS, SB (20)
UTIL Adonis Garcia:  1-for-3, K
.303/.340/.453 in 234 AB

RHP Chris Leroux (W, 2-2):  7 IP, 8 H, 2 R, 2 ER, 1 BB, 5 K, 2 HR
Much needed CG to rest the weary Scranton pitching staff.

LHP Matt Tracy (L, 0-2):  4.1 IP, 8 H, 2 R, 1 ER, 2 BB, 6 K
3.25 ERA; 99.2 IP, 108 H, 40 R, 36 ER, 4 HR, 39 BB, 57 K between Trenton/Scranton.  Could just be an emergency start, but with all the moves going on, he could be here for a while as well.
LHP Francisco Rondon:  1.1 IP, 2 H, 3 R, 1 ER, 3 BB, 1 K, HR
As is usually the case for Rondon, too many walks (13 in 22.1 IP)
RHP Matt Daley:  1.1 IP, 2 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 2 K  Stranded bases loaded jam set up by Rondon
-----------------
Trenton (Lost to Reading, 10-1)

1B/3B/OF Tyler Austin:  2-for-4, 2B (10), HR (4), RBI, RS
More of this, please.
C Gary Sanchez:  1-for-4
3B Rob Segedin: 1-for-4, 2B (11)
CF Mason Williams:  1-for-4, SB (19)
C/1B Pete O'Brien:  0-for-4, K

RHP Dillon McNamara (L, 0-1);  3 IP, 2 H, 4 R, 4 ER, 0 HR, 1 BB, 4 K
Given that the 22-year old has never pitched above Staten Island (24 career games), it is safe to assume this was an emergency start.
LHP Fred Lewis:  2 IP, 3 H, 1 R, 1 ER, 3 BB, 0 K
LHP Cesar Cabral:  0.2 IP, 3 H, 4 R, 4 ER, 2 BB, 0 K
So much for his turnaround
RHP Manny Barreda:  0.1 IP,1 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 0 K
------------
Tampa (Blew a 5-0 lead in the last 2 innings vs. Clearwater to lose, 6-5.  The game was started by Phillies LHP Cliff Lee,who gave up three of those runs over four innings)

3B Dante Bichette:  2-for-5, 2B (20), 2 RBI, RS, K
12-game hitting streak.   Has hit safely in 17 of his last 18 games.  Usually, I take the whole "changed his mechanics" stuff with a grain of salt - but in the case of Bichette, the proof is in the performance.
1B Greg Bird:  1-for-4, 2B (17), RS, BB, 2 K
First double in a while, after hitting a bunch of them upon his return from the DL.    54 Ks in 55 games.
OF Aaron Judge:  2-for-4, 2 RS, 2 K
CF Jake Cave:  1-for-5, K
SS Cito Culver:  1-for-4, 2B (15), RS, BB, 2 E (14)
2B Angelo Gumbs:  1-for-4, 2B (10), RBI

LHP Miguel Sulbaran:  7 IP, 2 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 8 K
2.36 ERA; 68.2 IP, 56 H, 20 R, 18 ER, 1 HR, 17 BB, 50 K
To say Sulbaran is smoking right now is a massive understatement.
Last 7 starts:   40 IP, 23 H, 2 R, 2 ER, 8 BB, 34 K.  That computes to a 0.45 ERA.
LHP Ramon Benjamin:  1.1 IP, 4 H, 4 R, 3 ER, 0 BB, 2 K, HR
RHP Alex Smith:  0.2 IP, 2 H, 2 R, 2 ER, 1 BB, 0 K, HR
These are the two dumbasses who cost Sulbaran the win.
---------------------
Charleston (Destroyed Greenville, 13-6.  Although it must be said they were down 6-5 entering the B-8th)

OF Dustin Fowler:  2-for-5, 2B (10), HR (8), 4 RBI, 2 RS, K
.260/.297/.492 for the 19-year old.    Seven of the eight HR have come in his last 33 games.
1B Mike Ford:  1-for-5, HR (9), 3 RBI, RS, K
First HR since his 4 HR game (5/25)
2B Gosuke Katoh: 1-for-3, 2B (12), 3 RBI, RS, K
.227/.321/.351 in 251 AB.   Hitting streak up to 12 (15-for-42).
SS Tyler Wade:  1-for-3, 2 RS, 2 BB, K, CS (9)
.264/.345/.330 in 318 AB
OF Michael O'Neill:  1-for-4, 2 RS, BB, K, SB (25)
.248/.327/.408 in 311 AB.  25-for-29 SB.   91 K in 83 games, which is actually a dramatic improvement.
OF Mark Payton:  2-for-2, 2B (1), 2 RS, 2 BB, CS (1)
6-for-14 start to his professional career.
UTIL John Murphy:  1-for-4, K, SB (16)
C Jackson Valera:  2-for-4, 2B (7), 2 RBI, RS
.240/.272/.295 in 129 AB.  22-year old is not much of a prospect overall.
C Eduardo de Oleo:  1-for-4, 2 RS, BB, 2 K
.252/.307/.440 in 159 AB

LHP Omar Luis: 2.2 IP, 3 H, 2 R, 2 ER, 1 BB, 3 K
5.75 ERA; 36 IP, 36 H, 26 R, 23 ER, 4 HR, 26 BB, 24 K
RHP Giovanny Gallegos:  4 IP, 2 H, 0 R, 2 BB, 4 K
5.43 ERA; 56.1 IP, 68 H, 43 R, 34 ER, 5 HR, 15 BB, 57 K
He has really scuffled this season, so this is a nice thing to see.

4.40 ERA; 30.2 IP, 22 H, 21 R, 15 ER, 0 HR, 25 BB, 46 K
All of those walks he was getting away with earlier in the season are not being quite as forgiving now.
LHP Evan Rutckyj (W, 3-0):  1 IP, 1 H, 0 R, 1 BB, 2 K

15-for-39.  Third career SB in three attempts
OF Austin Aune:  0-for-3, BB, K
1B Bubba Jones:  0-for-4, K
OF Nathan Mikolas:  1-for-2, 2 BB
CF Devyn Bolasky:  1-for-5, K, CS (2)

LHP Justin Kamplain:  3 IP, 3 H, 1 R, 1 ER, 0 BB, 1 K
9 IP, 6 H, 1 R, 1 ER, 1 BB, 9 K
RHP Luis Niebla (W, 1-0):  4 IP, 4 H, 0 R, 1 BB, 5 K
LHP Rony Bautista (S, 2):  1 IP, 0 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 3 K
25 K in 14 IP at this level.  Has also walked ten.
