Scranton (Lost to Norfolk, 14-7)

2B Jose Pirela:  3-for-5, RBI, RS, SB (6)
All the way up to .322.  After hitting .346 in May, he is 11-for-21 in June.   Stealing bases was once a huge part of his game (30 in 2010), but not so much anymore (though he did steal 19 last season).  Overall, he is on quite a streak.
1B Kyle Roller:  1-for-4, HR (4), 3 RBI, RS, BB
13th HR overall on the season with 36 runs batted in.  14 hits in last 41 AB.

3.47 ERA; 36.1 IP, 36 H, 22 R, 14 ER, 9 BB, 20 K since joining Scranton.
As stated last week, very impressive ground ball numbers; but lacks a swing-and-miss pitch.
RHP Jairo Heredia:  0.2 IP, 7 H, 5 R, 5 ER, 1 BB, 2 K
Yikes.  He was pitching quite well up until tonight.     32.2 IP, 35 H, 17 R, 16 ER, 10 BB, 40 K

Tampa (Defeated Charlotte, 7-6.  They put together a 3-run bottom of the 9th to win it after scoring two in the bottom of the 8th.  Perhaps they should televise these guys on YES instead of the Yankees?  Yeah, I know - they are a game under .500)

1B Greg Bird:  2-for-3, 2B (7), 2 RS, BB
Has been struggling as of late, so this is nice to see.

Has quietly raised his average to .237.  12 hits in his last 40 AB.

Hitting very well here, but he already spent a full season here in 2012 (injured for most of 2013).
